This conference comes at a critical time. Never before has the world required so much development in so short time, with so little environmental impact. The reinvigoration and imagination of old world ideas such as fifteen minute cities, urban consolidation and indigenous architecture are meeting with new technologies such as 3d printed housing, pre-fabrication and artificial intelligence. Our cities are becoming interactive and learning systems that see a marriage of our organic world, ourselves and our built environment.

This conference hosted by Belt and Road Research Center, co-organized by Jiangsu Overseas Investment and Shanghai Nanda Smart City. Joint in the UAE by His Excellency Khamis Buamim from DMCCI, and UAE telecommunication company Bond Communication.
